Are No Divas grip socks good for reformer Pilates?
Yes. Our socks are designed specifically for studio use — including reformer Pilates, barre, yoga, and low-impact training. The thick sole and custom heat-sealed grip provide secure traction on reformers and studio floors.
Will they actually grip? I don’t want to slide.
We use a custom heat-sealing process that permanently bonds the grip to the sole of the sock. This creates long-lasting traction that won’t peel or wear off like glued grips.
They’re built for planks, lunges, pulses, and holds — without slipping.
How long does the grip last?
Our grip is designed for repeated wear and washing. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, the heat-sealed application ensures durability over time when cared for properly.
Are they thick or bulky?
They feature a thick, cushioned sole for stability and comfort — but they’re engineered to feel secure, not bulky. The added structure prevents sliding inside the sock and gives you better control during movement.
Do they slide around inside the sock?
No. The structured sole and snug, secure fit are designed to prevent internal shifting or bunching.
Are they breathable?
Yes. Made from premium combed cotton with sweat-wicking, quick-drying properties, they’re designed to keep your feet dry and comfortable throughout class.

How do I choose my size?
Please refer to our size guide for accurate conversion. Our socks are designed with stretch to provide a snug, secure fit without feeling restrictive.
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more performance-focused fit.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold (without bleach), tumble dry low: Simple!

Limited Drops
Will this design be restocked?
No. Each No Divas capsule is released in limited quantities and will not be restocked.
We believe in intentional, small-batch production rather than overproduction. Future drops will introduce new themes and designs.
